What has happened to this year??

December 2019

The fall has whizzed by and here we are in the mad dash towards Christmas.

Nolan has jumped all in to support this business now, and he and I continue to work hard at keeping up with production, events and online orders.

These past few months have come with some big decisions being made. Mamma Musey Pierogis are now a regular "thang" at The Gibsons Public Market in Sally's kitchen on Fridays, (#gibsonspublicmarket) and at the SunnyCrest Mall (#yoursunnymall) every weekend. Wow! What a game changer that has been. We still haunt the Roberts Creek Market every Wednesday afternoon too!

In addition to our regular set ups, you can also find them frozen at:

Thank you all for your support for this first 6 months. We look forward to growing and expanding and seeing you in the New Year!

The summer continues to heat up!

August 1 2019

We're working our butts off to keep up with the demand. My husband says I'm getting guns (Pierogi arms!) There is a lot of energy that goes into rolling out pounds and pounds of dough.....and mashing pounds and pounds of potatoes!!

But I have to say, I love every minute of it. I love hand pinching and creating all my new and flavourful fillings. I love it when you come and tell me what you would like. I love it when you share your grammas' recipes with me!

We had our first contest last month, and that was so much fun. One lucky local winner ended up with a dozen of our fave pierogis.

And......We're doing it again! This time with the help of   #rockindeed. This lovely lady has made us our own handprinted rock with our logo on it and hidden it somewhere in the community. Who ever finds it gets a doz of our freshly made pierogis. What a fun way to get out there and promote!

We're at the next 2 Gibsons Public Night Markets plus our regular haunts. Hope to see you!

My how we've grown!!

What a month this has been!

It's been so exciting to meet all of you and to listen to your requests. As a result, we now offer a couple of varieties of vegan pierogis. Our best seller is the Tomato Cashew Cheese.

We love working at the Roberts Creek Market every Wednesday afternoon, and we are also at Persephone Farmers Market every other Sunday. We have also teamed up with Gibsons Collective Market and sell fresh and frozen online. And if that isn't enough for our first month, we also attended the Gibsons Public Night Market. That was soo  busy and sooo much fun! In the blur of serving 100's of pierogis that night, I recall a fellow genuinely thanking me for offering a vegan option.

We truly want to fill everyones belly with good quality ingredients so we are so happy to be able to offer vegans some pierogis too.

Our next trick is to be able to offer our GF peeps some amazing pierogis. We are not satisfied yet with a dough  and we don't want to settle on a substandard product. While we figure it out, we did create an option for our GF friends though. Come check us out and see what we've got cookin'

And it begins......

After making 100's of pierogis with my mother in law over the years,  I decided to share our family traditional recipe with all of you.

I believe in networking and supporting small business. That is why I am teaming up with local suppliers to bring you healthy, great tasting craft pierogis.

We're starting small......baby steps. Starting with our traditional potato and cheese at the Roberts Creek Market every Wednesday. Market times are 1-5:30. Come check us out!
