About our Pierogi....

Pierogi + Rogi-bites

WE DON’T JUST MAKE PIEROGI AND ROGI-BITES.  WE MAKE  MEAL TIME EASIER. MAMMA MUSEY'S PIEROGI WAS BUILT ON THE BELIEF THAT EVERY PIEROGI SHOULD BE TOP QUALITY, AND WE CARRY THAT BELIEF INTO EVERY CREATION WE MAKE.

Michelle, owner and "main pincher" of Mamma Musey's Pierogi, achieved success through her Culinary Arts program a few years back. Since that time, she became a wife and a mother of 3 (twin girls and a baby boy). Her mother -in-law (true blue Ukrainian Heritage) introduced to her the fine art of making pierogis, with every visit from Saskatchewan. And the rest is history.

As if Michelle isn't busy enough with her 3 young children, she simply couldn't deny the fact that she loves to cook and create amazing food. And, from that Mamma Musey's Pierogi was created.

"I take great pride in producing a craft pierogi. I truly believe in the power of networking and supporting other local businesses. That's why I purchase local and organic ingredients whenever I can."

The proof comes through when her customers bite into any one of the many flavours of home made goodness. They are set apart by their size, their freshness and the love that goes into the creation of each and every hand pinched pierogi.

HERE ARE A FEW WORDS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS

Dancing Bear Kitchen: HOLY MOLY! the vegan sun-dried tomato pierogis were DELICIOUS!

Bursting Butter Company: We had your pierogis from the Gibsons Farm Collective, they were SO delicious ! We topped them with some roasted garlic and rosemary butter. They were amazing. We will be getting them again soon for sure!

Chari and Dave:

Hello Mamma Musey!

Picked up a package of your pierogies from Suncreek Farm on Thursday, and I just had to write you a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed them... by far the most delectable pierogies we’ve ever had (and I’m eastern European on my father’s side, so I’ve eaten my fair share over the last 64 years!) I’ve even made them myself a couple of times, so I fully appreciate how much work is involved – they’re a true labour of love, and the love and care that you obviously take in making them comes through in every bite.

This was our first package, but they sure won’t be our last! I hope you’ll make them available year-round (although you might want a break from dumplings for a few months...LOL!)

Keep up the great work!
